My strength is helping you define your vision and turn it into a specific plan of action. Whether we need to have high-level strategic conversations or figure out the minute details of building your vision in the real world, I will be there to help you make it happen.

​​Also, in my personal experiences I’ve noticed that it can feel intimidating to share a new vision with family or friends. There can be some anxiety about how they might react. And if you do share your work with those close to you, it may be hard to receive objective and neutral feedback from them. I want to be the place where you can share, brainstorm, and plan without any other dynamics affecting your creativity.

Principles of Pathfinder Strategies

Who am I?

My professional background is in the aerospace industry, I've spent the last 14 years both in quality and operations management positions. Most recently, I ​was responsible for the merger of two companies, including rebranding, finances, training, and system development. I enjoy building efficient processes and documentation that mitigate risks as much as possible. I am passionate about continuous improvement and am always looking for ways to make a system better every day. 
​
Additionally, I've worked in freelance roles over the years, such as building websites, consulting on brand development, and creating/editing content. 
​
Path & Ponder is my creative platform for my writing, photography, and other interests. I am also a partner at Omnia Designs, a custom apparel design store. 
​
Pathfinder Strategies was developed from my passion for helping others achieve their creative potential while also utilizing my extensive business management experience.
