​For a business owner, one of the biggest challenges is finding the right person for the right role at the right time. My vision is to proactively connect with talented, motivated people like you. By building a network now, I can ensure I have the resources to support my clients, whether that's part-time projects, consistent freelance work, or something more.
Who I'm Looking For
I believe that as AI becomes more prevalent, unique human talent becomes even more critical for success. I'm less interested in a specific resume and more interested in connecting with people who are:

How My Network Works
My primary client base is in East Tennessee. While many of my projects are remote, some events or meetings may require an in-person presence. Ideally, you are local to the area or have roots here. I typically like to meet in person over coffee to get to know you better.

I might not have an immediate opportunity, but I will let you know when I have a project that may be a good fit for you. I can also refer you to others in my network who could be a valuable resource.
