It takes intention to protect and cultivate this inner world with the demands and pressures of external life.

Through the lens of archetypes, guided reflection, and gentle embodiment practices, we’ll explore the inner forces that shaped your creativity. Drawing from Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ book, "Women Who Run with the Wolves," we’ll meet the inner “Wild Woman,” along with other core archetypes that can help us remember how to create from instinct, intuition, and soul.
